Bulletproof doors are one of our specialties. We design and create bulletproof doors that look, feel, and function just like an ordinary door, but will stop any threat to our clients. Our doors can normally be designed to emulate our client’s architectural requirements, with all the high security components needed for advanced security.
Our Bulletproof Doors are Unique and Advanced
We have created a bulletproof door that exceeds the common specifications in our industry. Our doors are lighter weight, and designed to accept most hardware without breaching the security of the armor interlayers. Being that our doors are of similar weight to a regular solid core door, they can normally be installed using the same frames, hinges, and locking divices as a standard solid core door of the same size.

You can see that our doors start out to be made as a flat panel standard looking door, but are able to be modified to be a more decorative shaker style door, and can be modified to incorporate windows or decorative moldings.

As you can see above, Bulletproof Innovations designs a wide variety of different style bulletproof doors. What you can’t see is the advanced technology that is designed within our doors. We design our doors to be lighter and meet the standards of normal thickness tolerances, so we can use standard frames and hardware, if our clients choose. Our doors are available in Bulletproof Levels ranging from U.L. 752 Level 1 through Level 8. Most of our clients seem to choose U.L. Level 3 (to stop up to a 44mag) for their security, while some of our higher risk clients choose U.L. Level 8 to stop up to a AK-47 rifle. We also offer some very advanced locking systems for the doors for those who desire a higher forced entry level of security.
