Our Bulletproof Doors are Unique and Advanced
We have created a bulletproof door that exceeds the common specifications in our industry. Our bulletproof doors are lighter weight, and designed to accept most hardware without breaching the security of the armor interlayers. Our bulletproof doors are of similar weight to a regular solid core door, enabling them to be installed using the same frames, hinges, and locking devices as a standard solid core door of the same size. Being of normal weight, thickness, and designs, they do not draw any attention to themselves, or negatively impact the overall architectural design of the space.
Below are some of our bulletproof doors installed in both commercial and residential applications. You can see that these doors emulate normal doors, yet they are bulletproof doors in levels from U.L. 752 Level 3, stopping multiple rounds from a 44 magnum, to U.L. 752 Level 8, stopping multiple rounds from a AK-47 assault rifle.
You will also see that some doors are standard flat panel design, while others are more decorative custom bulletproof doors, including raised panel style bulletproof doors, shaker style bulletproof doors, and many others.

Below are some Custom Bulletproof Doors we have designed and created for our clients over the past 25 years. Some of these doors include special crystal clear bullet resistant glazing, high security burglary resistant glazing, and combinations of both security glazing and steel.
The following bulletproof doors include bulletproof sliding glass doors, bulletproof tilt turn style doors, bulletproof storefront doors, and bulletproof full vision doors. These doors can be used both for commercial and residential.
Some of the doors below are designed and created for burglary resistance, using forced entry resistant security glazing to manufacture. Some clients contact us wanting a bulletproof door, but after talking with them and going over their needs, they realize that they just want to be protected from being burglarized, so we modify the security level from a bulletproof door to a burglary resistant door.
We also included in this section some custom safe room bulletproof security doors, including a bookcase safe room door, for hidden safe rooms, which are very effective, and a full vault door that was installed in a level 8 bulletproof safe room, to protect the client’s material assets.

As you can see above, Bulletproof Innovations designs a wide variety of custom bulletproof doors. What you can’t see is the advanced technology that is designed within our doors. We design our bulletproof doors to be lighter and meet the standards of normal thickness tolerances, so we can use standard frames and hardware, if our clients choose. Our bulletproof doors are available in Levels ranging from U.L. 752 Level 1 through Level 8. Most of our clients choose U.L. Level 3 (to stop up to a 44mag) for their security, while some of our higher risk clients choose U.L. Level 8 to stop up to a AK-47 rifle. We also offer some very advanced locking systems for the bulletproof doors for those who desire a higher forced entry level of security.
